When you make an insurance claim, your insurer may suggest that you have to use one of their "network" repairers which is not the case. It is your legal right to choose your own repairer. It is YOUR
car: make sure you make an informed decision on who YOU allow to work on it!

Our technicians can also offer advice on how to take care of your vehicle. You can also bring your leased car to us for a complete inspection before returning it.
Genuine original manufacturer replacement parts
You can be assured that we use genuine manufacturer parts for all of our repair work. Some insurance companies insist that their "network" repair centres fit non-genuine parts on any vehicle which is 3 years old or more. This is to save the insurer money and is not in the interest of you or your car. As we are a fully independent shop and refuse to enter into a contract with any insurers, we are in control of what we will and won't do to a vehicle. If it needs a new part, we will make sure it gets one, not a cheaper repair to save costs.
